Emotional Prep, Deep Improv, Relationships & Scene Structure
In this more advanced course, you'll delve into more extensive and detailed training, exploring complex improvisational exercises. We'll enhance your skills on the repetition scale, infusing spontaneity and creativity into scene structures.
You'll deepen your emotional preparation techniques, gaining a better understanding of healthier emotional triggers and expanding your emotional range.We'll focus on handling emotional shifts and refining moments of transition.
Our approach prioritizes advanced consent, delving into emotional consent concepts. We'll address challenges and nuances, ensuring the implementation of high-quality consent in emotionally charged scenes.
Participants will have the opportunity to deconstruct and reconstruct well-known scenes, building the experience from the ground up.

In Person Training
Twelve in-person training sessions. Three hours each. The sessions include theory/methodology tutorials, guided emotional preparation training, deeper exploration of repetition scales,
The course will also explore dynamic relationships in scene structures, fostering strong connections with partners for a more authentic and engaging audience experience.

Elective Zoom Sessions
Each course comes with two elective zoom training opportunities to provide support and advice on digital training and self-guided actor training. These sessions are scheduled based on average availability of both instructor and students.

Personal Feedback & Guidance
Each student will be provided a 15 minute 1:1 feedback and advice session in which they can reflect on the process so far and what steps they may take in the future.

Free Drop-in Oppertunity
Each student, on completion of the course, will be offered THREE free attendance ticket to any Meisner based drop-in session being held by Body Mind Voice during the training.
