All participants are liable for total agreed workshop/course fees within 2 days commencement of any event regardless of attendance (accept last minute bookings or drop-ins which are on day of commencement). All payments must be completed by commencement of the workshop. Any payment plans or variations to this process must be agreed in writing by the WorkShop artist and not shared with any of the following attendees.

Less than 20 days - 20%

Less than 10 days - 50%

Less than 2 days - 100%

Cancellation fees may be waived if a suitable replacement can be found in time with the assistance of the participant.

The vendor retains the right to replace the workshop artist, WorkShop, location, or in special circumstances, the workshop scheduling within reason.  In all circumstances, the attendees will be informed and negotiated with toward a reasonable resolution. Any course cancellation will result in course fee refund. 

Singular cancelled classes will be offered a class refund or class time transfer. 

The vendor is deeply committed to maintaining a consent based environment and practice. While acknowledging that this is a drama training and certain challenging, subject matter or language may be explored in the environment under character behaviour or imaginary circumstances; the vendor retains a zero tolerance attitude toward any form of abuse. Self, environmental or abuse of other attendees will not be tolerated and exclusion from the course will be immediate with no refund.  

This includes racism, sexism, homophobia or any other overt aggression toward protected characteristics; unless such subject matter has been exclusively, consented to within the bounds of an acting exercise by all in attendance. 

No physical, sexual or environmental abuse will be tolerated.  

Participants are liable for any damages to the studio facilities, equipment, or property caused by their intentional or negligent actions. Participants are financially responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged studio property or equipment resulting from their actions. The cost will be determined by the course organiser and must be settled promptly.
